TDZ-600AW is designed for drilling every kind of PCB guide holes, such as, Multi-Layer PCB, Double Side PCB, Flexible PCB, Films, Membrane Panel etc.
‧ TDZ-600A perfectly applies to different thickness of PCB and Flexible PCB; the results are neither burrs nor enlargement surrounding processed holes.
‧ Interactive-communication operational system with mouse operating tool (Windows XP Operational System) enables the procedure of the process to become easier, faster, and more efficient.
‧ The shape of targeting holes is unlimited, even if they are deformed, imperfect.
‧ Automatically tracing function, when the target is under monitor, the centre of the target will be immediately recognized and automatically punched without any inconvenient adjustment.
‧ Large and wide operational stage enables the object to be moved and rotated easily.
‧ Super high punting speed enables the process of hole-recognizing and target-drilling to be within one second.
‧ Precise-Transmission and Micro-Step Motor Driver is used to enhance accuracy and stability of process.
‧ Up Light or Down Light enables every materials of targeting holes to be identified easily and to enhance the accuracy of recognition in targeting shape.
‧ Foot Paddle is sensitive enough to enhance the speed of operation.
‧ Either high efficiency spindle or high speed spindle is available in TDZ-600A; users can choose either of them in different size, thickness and material PCB.
