Characteristics

 

1. Film frame of machine is hinged for safety.

4. Heater oven:
(1) Qualipac automatic vacuum protective packaging machine designed with the best pattern by impulse vacuum tube heater arrangement to get the best temperature distribution.
(2) Stationery type heating oven for longer life of heating tube.
(3) Equipped with new invention of photocell detect device instead of traditional heat timer. No need to adjust heating time.
6. Film frame: automatic descend for vacuum after heating and top film clamp open for discharge and heat cutting after discharge the film frame will be raised ready for next cycle.
7. Special film holder with tension adjuster, with optional 2nd film holder available.
8. Equipped with improved low noise turbo type strong vacuum pump.
