Characteristics

 

1. Impulse vacuum rod heating method: (1) stationery type heating method for longer life of heaters (2) Impulse heating time control by (a) photo cell; (b) timer. (3) Reduce power consumption by 40% compares to traditional constant heating method.
2. Control panel: automatic control panel with phase controller, no pneumatic air required. 3. In-feed: push working plate to vacuum packaging platen. Can be operated at front or side ends after threading the film to suit the physical needs of the worker.
4. Discharge: after packaging, the top film frame will be opened automatically and ready for discharge.
5. Film frame: (1) The film frame will be descending for vacuum according to the photo cell control or the pre-set timer or pressing the heating control descend button. (2) After discharging, press the start button, the top film frame will be closed and the film will be cut off by impulse heat knife automatically. Hence, both top and bottom film frames will be raised up ready for next cycle.
6. Equipped with improved turbo type vacuum pump.
